Annual Licensing Court 2020 - Notice of Venue

It's that time of year and the Annual Licensing Court is rushing towards us. 

Please note the following: 

Dining Hall, King's Inns will be the venue this year for the Annual Licensing Court. This is now available for selection on www.csol.ie as a venue when registering your applications. 

We have secured a temporary office beside the Appeals Office for the purpose of lodging all proofs, mindful of Social Distancing.  This office is clearly signposted.  For expediency and accuracy reasons, lodging proofs in person is preferable.  Please print off a copy of the application from CSOL and attach to the front of the proofs for easy access to the reference number allocated.   

Appointments are not necessary, however, anyone who wishes can make an appointment with us to lodge documents. 

I would also encourage that applications are made as soon as possible, this would greatly assist us here in the office.

The confirmed dates are as follows:

General Exemptions, Pub Objections, Confirmations of Transfer: 11:00 a.m. Thursday 24th September

Clubs: 11:00 a.m. Monday 28th September

Dance: 11:00 a.m Wednesday 30th September

Music & Singing: 11.00am - Friday 2nd October             

Restaurants:  2:00 p.m. Friday 2nd October
